Watchdogs is a series featuring chihuahuas and small “purse dogs” in imagined war attires. Chihuahuas can have a larger-than-life attitude, and I always thought they saw themselves as kings, queens and rulers of the world. This series is a cheeky homage to their Napoleon complex.
